Consistency Isn’t Perfection—It’s How Fast You Get Back to the Work

In this Growth Notes episode, Frazier explains that consistency isn’t doing everything every day or executing perfectly; it’s the ability to return to the work quickly after life and business disrupt your plans. He argues that “falling off” is normal—closings blow up, clients need things, kids get sick, travel happens—but the real issue is how long you stay off track and let one missed day become weeks. Frazier encourages making key activities (like spending time in the “green zone,” having conversations, following up with the database, staying visible, creating content, protecting time, and serving clients) default behaviors so results can compound over time, especially on boring, ordinary days. He also announces that membership reopens on the 1st and he’s looking for 150 people for the next 12 months.
