Stop Saying You’re “Not Good With Tech”: Upgrade Your Limiting Beliefs

Frazier reflects on a previous Growth Notes episode about upgrading beliefs to create change and explains three kinds of limiting beliefs: about the world, others, and ourselves, focusing on self-limiting beliefs. He uses “I’m not good with tech” as a common example, calling it a cop-out and arguing that people can learn technology the same way they learned other skills through practice and repetition. He cites seeing older clients in his program become proficient with tools, including AI, once they had goals that required it, while others stay behind by repeating the belief. He urges listeners to identify the “I can’t” stories they tell themselves and decide to stop using them as excuses. He also announces a Wednesday Q&A call about coaching and notes the membership opens for seven days starting next Tuesday.
